LAHRS REGISTER
Although there is current data on catheter ablation in different regions of the world, information about this technique in Latin America is more limited. In 2015, LAHRS published the 1st Latin American Catheter Ablation Registry
This second registry aims to update data on the technical and human resources used in these procedures and their characteristics and results in Latin America.
To participate as a researcher, you must be an electrophysiologist or fellow in electrophysiology. It is NOT an essential requirement to be a LAHRS member or be affiliated with any scientific society.

Design: retrospective observational study
Start date: December 1, 2023
Methods: data will be collected through an electronic form hosted on the society’s website (www.lahrs.org).
REGISTRATION STEPS:
First step: Researcher Registration: https://lahrs.org/ablaciones/formulario_registro.php
Here, each researcher must complete the form with his or her personal data only once in order to be able to assign a researcher number and have the identification of each one. The system will assign you a username and password.
• User: email address
• Password: automatically generated and sent to the email entered as a user
Second step: Center Data (Starts December 1)
• After entering the registry (username and password) the Researcher will be able to upload the Center and Procedures data. Before loading the Procedures data, it will be necessary to first enter the Center data.
• Each researcher may enter data from more than one Center where they perform ablation procedures.
Third step: Procedures: data will be entered for EACH of the ablation procedures performed between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023
The loading of procedures will begin on December 1
